Our story

The International Network of Creative Seniors & Affiliates (INCSA - pronounced In-C-Sa) was founded on the belief that creative people deserve to utilize their creative talents in a community that promotes honor, integrity, and mutual respect.  We strive to educate, encourage, and inspire theatre troupes, filmmakers, directors, and community organizations investing in the arts to uphold these values as essential to sustaining credibility and longevity within the artistic community.
